Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Tinquer Hub (the "Service"), provided by Tinqbit Pvt. LTD ("Tinqbit," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, your organization ("Customer," "you") agrees to these Terms.

2. The Service

Tinquer Hub is a CRM and task management workspace, made available as the complete platform or as separate modules (CRM, Task Management, and Finance once available), as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts & access

Your organization's administrator is responsible for provisioning user accounts and assigning roles within your Workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued to your users.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide, maintain and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data belonging to another customer's Workspace, interfering with the Service's normal operation, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Modules & changes to the Service

Features may be added, changed or clearly marked as "coming soon" over time (for example, the Finance module referenced elsewhere on this site is currently in development and not yet part of the Service). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

7. Fees

Fees for the Service are agreed separately based on the modules and team size discussed during your demo, and are set out in your order form or agreement with Tinqbit rather than on this page.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Service as set out in your specific agreement with Tinqbit. Upon termination, Customer Data can be exported or deleted at your request, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinqbit disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
